Key Objectives

1. Ensure Operational Efficiency

Provide structured systems that enhance workflow and ministry effectiveness.

2. Steward Financial Resources

Maintain transparency, accurate reporting, and accountability in budgeting and stewardship.

3. Manage Church Properties & Facilities

Ensure the ministry's physical, operational, and digital assets are well maintained.

4. Support Church Leadership & Ministries

Provide administrative assistance that allows pastoral and ministry leaders to focus on spiritual care.

5. Implement Policies & Governance Compliance

Ensure the ministry follows biblical and statutory best practices in governance and operational accountability.

The Administration Ministry is the operational backbone of Christhood International Outfield Ministry, ensuring that all departments coordinate smoothly. It is responsible for managing resources, coordinating personnel, overseeing logistics, managing operational schedules, and ensuring compliance with ministry policies.
